Who can apply for an account?

Anyone can apply for an account who wishes to resell the products we carry.

Can I set my own prices?

You may set your own prices that are higher than our M.S.R.P. but you may NOT sell lower than our costs.  This allows everyone who is a wholesaler to operate at the same profit margin.  Selling at prices lower than our M.S.R.P. may result in your account being shut down, without notice.

How do I pay? Do you take Credit Cards?

We only accept Interac E-Transfer (Bank Payment Transfer) payments at this time.

For certain accounts, we may authorize cash on pickup.  Please send us a note and we’ll make the decision on a case-by-case basis.

How do I set up an e-Transfer?

If you haven’t set up an e-transfer payee before.  We can you show me how.  Please click here to find the instructions.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, because wholesale orders will be at a minimum amount of $500, you automatically qualify for free shipping!  Awesome, right?

Something broke during shipping. Will it be replaced?

Whoa!  That’s so not cool.

IF you have received a broken or defective item in your order, let us THE DAY YOU RECEIVE IT. Give us the details of your order and what you ordered that is broken/defective. We be in touch just as soon as we can to either replace it or make you happy in some another way!  Don’t worry… we promise to make it right.

What is the Return Policy?

Because of the personal nature of most of the items in our shops, we do not accept returns.

All sales are final.

That being said, if something is defective, please see above.
