We ship all of our orders through Canada Post ExpressPost which offers a guaranteed delivery time of 2 – 3 days between MAJOR centres in Canada. Please note that some holiday times will result in mail delays over which we have no control.

We only accept Interac E-Transfer (Bank Payment Transfer) payments at this time.
If you haven’t set up an e-transfer payee before. We can you show me how. Please click here to find the instructions.
Yes, but only on orders placed that total $150 (pre-tax) or more qualify for free shipping.
There’s no coupon necessary. You’ll see the option to get free shipping on your check out page when you tally up your cart total. Awesome, right?
Whoa! That’s so not cool.
IF you have received a broken or defective item in your order, let us know through our contact form. Give us the details of your order, what you ordered that is broken/defective. We be in touch just as soon as we can to either replace it or make you happy in some another way! Fear not… we promise to make it right.
Because of the personal nature of most of the items in our shops, we do not accept returns.
All sales are final.
